Pilates Play
Pilates is a systematic method of exercise designed to strengthen,and elongate the body. It was designed through intensive study by it's founder, Joseph Pilates.

We know that "intensive study" is not most children's idea of fun! While we will be teaching basic fundamentals of Pilates; it will never be of the intensity whereas an adult would study. Of course, we will make it fun! Through the use of lightly weighted balls and straps we will teach the children to stretch and strengthen their bodies.

The devoted practice of Pilates can help to improve posture, balance and core strength.
